As an organization that is committed to openness, ORCID encourages contributions that adhere to our open source principles and levels of involvement, while enhancing the ORCID offering, furthering our not-for-profit vision and mission, and honoring the spirit of our values. In particular, we welcome contributions that benefit broad audiences, conform to established standards (where applicable), and can be implemented by ORCID with little to no financial or other burden.
